Library Management in PT. Bio Farma ( Persero) which is walk in this time face various problems among others process the member record-keeping, new book record-keeping and process the loaning and also return still in doing in manual of and so it is with process of loaning report, return and fine to [party/ side] [of] management still in doing in manual. Research which is in doing this aim to to make the scheme of Information System of Library Management in PT. Bio Farma ( Persero) as well as making scheme of member database, book, loaning and return as media of the data depositor place, Software which is in using in Application making that is Borland Delphi, while method which is in using in this research use the method of deskriftif and development method which is in using is development method by prototyping. Result from this research is in obtaining nya of Information System of Library Management where process the new member record-keeping, new book record-keeping, loaning and also book return will in doing computerizedly by using application program which is in keeping in database which is [in] designing as storage media the data so that reporting processes to party side of management will automatically in making by application system swiftly and accurate.
