Hotel is a special contruction provides to people for rest, get the service and obtain another facilities, which it attained after paid for, includes the other one that manage and owned by the same party, except the shop and office. Up till now, documentation and report of room order carried out in Hotel Harmony Inn Bandung is not optimal yet because there is weakness in presentation and distribution of data, which it arranged in manually. In arrangement of the final task report the author use a prototype system method. Prototype is an information system development method consisting of work stages arranged by system analyst and programmer to develop the information system. The advantages of existing computerized system in Hotel Haromy Inn Bandung is that they can search, enter the recognizing use the room in computerization. In order to makes a computerized room order system the author use a Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entry Relationship Diagram (ERD), which it useful in analyze the room order in Hotel Harmony Inn Bandung and implemented in produce an application program by Visual basic 6.0 and SQL Server 7.0 as a database are support in create an information system program of room order procedur, that both of then had a suitable capacity in database management and large a couability function of frames, table and database so that it can rise up the client or server-based database.
