For school, computer role is very important because school has kept many data or important document that must keep well. The problem appears in Kemala Bhayangkari junior high school that is often loss student data, such as personal data and student value data. So it does not quick to put value data and data searching still slow because officer must looking and see student data one by one, the data keeping inconsistent.
In this final report compilation, author used linier sequential method, tools used in system planning analysis consist of flow map, data dictionary, ERD, DFD, context diagram, normalization and relation table. To handle database from developing system that used software Microsoft Access, while program language used Visual Basic 6.0.
Student data management information system in Kemala Bhayangkari junior high school made to simplify school activity in order to make student data process faster, student value management then designing database system, also make application program to support school job system.
