Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ) is an organization who handle various activity among other things is handling reservation and expenseas the obligatory alms. The problem who always happend at this time is not to effective is reservation and expenseas the obligatory alms, so it late data preparation.
The examination method that the writer used in project information system is a deskriptif method. As for the prosperity information system of the data obligatory alms preparation used prototype method, condidt of Identification, Production, Test, Improvement, and Prosperity Production Version. Even the tools that used is Flowmap, Diagram Konteks and Data Flow Diagram (DFD).
As for the last result from this examination is making an application for data obligatory alms preparation to Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ) Karawang, specially in reservation and finances. The majority of the system is data obligatory alms preparation or data obligatory alms beggen as computer and supported by database so can keep a lot of data and get more information accurately. Because of the problem is only on the data obligatory alms preparation. The real thing in Badan Amil Zakat on reservation and finance is wide the application that have made can not get that purpose as maximal possible.
