Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di Universitas Komputer Indonesia, khususnya pada Program Beasiswa Unggulan. Sejak tahun 2006 (KEMDIKBUD) Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melalui Biro Perencanaan dan Kerjasama Luar Negeri (BPKLN) merintis program Beasiswa Unggulan (BU). Program ini sesuai Permendiknas No. 20/2009 tentang Beasiswa Unggulan, merupakan program beasiswa khusus dari pemerintah atau pihak lain berupa bantuan biaya pendidikan kepada putra-putri terbaik bangsa indonesia dan mahasiswa asing terpilih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam pengolahan Nilai Online Beasiswa Unggulan pada UNIKOM yaitu proses pengolahan data nilai dilakukan oleh banyak user seperti sekretariat prodi, pengelola Beasiswa Unggulan dan UNIKOM Center sehingga proses pengolahan membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama, proses cetak transkrip tidak diperbaharui secara berkala dikarenakan jumalah SKS yang diambil berbeda dengan mahasiswa regular, mahasiswa BU tidak bisa melihat nilai tiap semester secara online karena aplikasi nilai berbasis web khusus untuk mahasiswa BU tidak ada. Tujuan dibangunnya sistem informasi pengolahan nilai online beasiswa unggulan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pengelola dan mahasiwa Beasiswa Unggulan, sehingga sistem informasi pengolahan nilai online dapat berjalan dengan baik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode interview dan metode observasi, sehingga dengan kedua metode itu dataÃâdata yang digunakan bisa lebih akurat. Sementara metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan terstruktur, dimana metode terstruktur ini dapat lebih mudah di pahami dengan alur proses yang jelas. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode waterfall dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Xampp, Dreamweaver, Chrome dan Mozilla Firefox. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan nilai online Beasiswa Unggulan yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengolahan data nilai mahasiswa BU serta pembuatan laporan di Universitas Komputer Indonesia.

This research aims to design and implement a system that is expected to resolve problems that occur in Indonesia Computer University, especially in the Scholarship Program. The program is appropriated Decree Number 20/2009 about Scholarship, a special scholarship program from the government or other parties in the form of tuition assistance to the nation's students of Indonesia and foreign students elected. Based on the research results, there are some problems in the processing of Value Online Scholarship at UNIKOM. The data value processing is done by many users as the secretariat of the study program, leading and managing scholarship and UNIKOM Centre so that processing takes a relatively long time, the print process transcripts are not updated regularly number of credits taken because unlike regular students, students scholarship canÃât see the value of each semester online as a web-based application specific values for the student scholarship is not have. The purpose of the construction of the processing value online information system featured scholarships in an effort to improve service to managers and students of superior scholarship, so that the value of online information processing system can run well. Data collection method used is the method of interview and observation method, so using both methods many of data that could be used more accurately. While the method used is the method with a structured approach, which is a structured method can be more easily understood with a clear process flow. While the method of development of a waterfall system using the methods and software used is Xampp, Dreamweaver, Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. This research will result in a processing online of Information system of value scholarship is expected to facilitate the processing of the data value of students scholarship and preparing reports in Indonesian Computer University.
