Dunia teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat hingga memasuki berbagai kegiatan, aktifitas dan kehidupan manusia. Termasuk salah satunya pada bidang akademik yang sudah dimiliki oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Komputer Indonesia yaitu SIMITA (Sistem Informasi Skripsi dan TA). Adapun tahapan yang harus dilewati oleh mahasiswa untuk bisa mengambil tugas akhir atau skripsi oleh mahasiswa seperti uji program. Uji program ini dibentuk pada tahun 2006 dimana uji program ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar peminatan atau kompetensi mahasiswa dalam memahami bahasa pemrograman. Namun uji program yang di laksanakan dari tahun ketahun terdapat perbaikan dari pelaksanaan uji program dan sistem penilaiannya. Dengan adanya pengelolaan data administrasi yang baik dan juga sistem penilaian yang objektif akan lebih mudah mengetahui peminatan, atau kompetensi mahasiswa pada bidang bahasa pemrograman sebelum mengambil skripsi atau tugas akhir. Seperti penyusun yang akan buat yaitu Sistem Informasi Penilaian Uji Kompetensi Berbasis Intranet Pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Komputer Indonesia.Penelitian dan penyusunan skripsi ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis perancangan sistem informasi berorientasi objek. Sistem informasi ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan pada skripsi ini adalah metode prototype. Yang diawali dengan melakukan pengumpulan kebutuhan, perancangan prototype, pembangunan prototype, evaluasi prototype dan perbaikan prototype. Setelah program selesei dibuat, dilanjutkan ke tahap pengujian pada program. Jika pengujian telah dilakukan dan program yang sudah dibuat layak, maka program yang dibuat akan di implementasi pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Komputer Indonesia sebagai salah satu alternatif pelaksanaan dan penilaian uji program.Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Penilaian Uji Kompetensi yang sudah dikembangkan diharapkan dapat membantu proses administrasi uji program, dan penilaian uji program menjadi lebih tepat, cepta, efektif, dan efisien sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mengajukan skripsi dan tugas akhir pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Komputer Indonesia.

World of information technology is growing very rapidly up into the various activities, and the activities of human life. Including one in the academic field that has been owned by the Information Systems Program is SIMITA Indonesian Computer University (Information Systems Thesis and TA). The stages that must be passed by the student to be able to take a final project or thesis by students as the test program. The test program was formed in 2006 when the test program aims to measure how much specialization or competence of students in understanding the programming language. However, the test program carried on from year to year there are improvements on the execution of the test program and assessment system. With the good management of administrative data and an objective scoring system will be easier to know specialization, or student competence in the field of programming languages before taking the thesis or final project. Such as compilers that would make the Information Systems-Based Competency Assessment Test Intranet In Studies Program Information System Indonesian Computer University.Research and preparation of this paper was conducted using analysis of object-oriented information system design. This information system is implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL as data storage. Systems development methods conducted in this thesis is a prototype method. Which begins with a requirements gathering, prototype design, prototype development, prototype evaluation and prototype refinement. Once the program selesei made, proceed to the stage of testing the program. If the test has been performed and the program has been made feasible, then the program will be made in the implementation of the Information Systems Program Indonesian Computer University as an alternative implementation and assessment program test.With the Information Systems Competency Assessment Test has been developed that is expected to assist in the administration of the test program, test and assessment program to be more precise, cepta, effective, and efficient as one of the requirements to submit a thesis and final project in University Studies Computer Information Systems Indonesia .
