PT Vonex Indonesia is a manufacture company, which produced wool yarn that has a koperasi for its employees under the human resource department. The information systems on this koperasi has not been optimized therefore it couldn’t facilitated the credit sales payment transaction as well as if it was computerized. Also on the data section, especially in the installment data didn’t match up with the final report. To solve those problems, the company should build a computerized information system that focusing in sales transaction only, whether on cash or credits transaction for the koperasi members. The members itself is the whole employee in PT. Vonex Indonesia. The information systems builds using the development methods. System Classic Life Cycle (SCLC) with structurized approach. The tools that used in this systems are : Flow Chart, Contex Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Enthity Relation Diagram. The language using Visual Basic, Database and Microsoft Access. This computerized sales information could automatically records the transaction based on inventory data and also from automatic installment calculation.
