Dengan adanya sistem informasi online melalui internet, VICIOUS CLOTHING COMPANY yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk baju, celana, topi, jaket, sweater dan aksesoris membutuhkan proses penjualan dan pembelian secara online sehingga orang tidak harus membeli produk ke tempatnya, tetapi cukup melakukan pembelian secara online. Masalah yang sering muncul adalah ketika pembeli merasa tempat atau lokasi toko jauh dengan lokasi tempat tinggal calon pembeli. Penyusunan skripsi ini menggunakan perancangan metode Prototipe karena komunikasi, dan kerjasama antara pengguna dan analis menjadi lebih baik, juga dapat menghemat waktu dan biaya. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis terdiri dari flowmap, kamus data, erd, dfd, diagram konteks, normalisasi dan relasi tabel, sedangkan bahasa pemograman yang dipakai PHP menggunakan database MySQL. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Berbasis Web pada Vicious Clothing Company dibuat agar mempermudah kelancaran proses penjualan pembelian menjadi lebih cepat.
