The emergence of computer system is very helpful in the solution of the problem especially in information technology matter which is accurate, relevant and fast. CV. Zenith Komunika very speed improvement in year to year. Based on that improvement CV. Zenith Komunika intends to take benefit of information technology progress by using information system basis on WEB.
For supporting the making of the system, in this research the writer uses prototype method. The order system of electronic voucher which the writer designs based on Intranet Web with programming language PHP and for the making its database, the writer uses MySQL. In software analysis which has done, the writer design software, i.e, the design of document context diagram, the design of database, the design of interface and the design of menu structure as well as the selection software for supporting the system which has been designed. The writer chooses PHP program its simpleness to build application based on web.
From the result of the design has been formed order system of a electronic voucher in CV. Zenith Komunika which is base on On-Line Web. This thing is easier for the costumer who will order of a electronic voucher by doing the order every where by internet without come to voucher outlets.
