SEJATI CELLULER company is a company operating in providing of electronicpulse sales or e-Voucher in large scale. The selling system for e-VOUCHER that is available in company faces with various constraints and inhibitions, such as the lack of effective and efficient transaction process handled by agents. This case is due to its manual operating system. From research conducted, author wished to design a new selling system for e- Voucher in order to overcome all constraints and problems within existing system. The system would be built to use Handphone with Short Message Services (SMS) facility as transaction data transmitting media, and to expand its system, author make use the Water Fall method. Tools for use with konteks diagram, DFD, normalisasi and ERD. The used developing software are Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0; Microsoft Access XP and Crystal Report 8.5 and it also uses Control ActiveX MFBUS 1.5, Lite-version for handphone connection. This new built system can correct e-Voucher selling system that is being operated give security and past transaction with short message service. Input data transaction being with system and capable to produce information as well as automatic, rapid, appropriate, and accurate reports, and cannot data transactions manipulations.
