Di zaman globalisasi sekarang ini, perkembangan komputer dan internet telah berjalan sedimikian pesat sehingga dapat dirasakan bahwa teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sangat penting, baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun di masa depan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi online melalui internet, CEMARA PHONE SHOP yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk handphone membutuhkan proses penjualan dan pembelian secara online sehingga orang tidak harus membeli produk ke tempatnya, tetapi cukup melakukan pembelian secara online. Masalah yang sering muncul adalah ketika pembeli merasa tempat atau lokasi toko jauh dengan lokasi tempat tinggal calon pembeli. Penyusunan tugas akhir ini menggunakan perancangan metode Prototipe karena komunikasi, dan kerjasama antara pengguna dan analis menjadi lebih baik, juga dapat menghemat waktu dan biaya. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis terdiri dari flowmap, kamus data, erd, dfd, diagram konteks, normalisasi dan relasi tabel, sedangkan bahasa pemograman yang dipakai PHP menggunakan database MySQL. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Berbasis Web di Toko Cemara Phone shop dibuat agar mempermudah kelancaran proses penjualan pembelian menjadi lebih cepat.

In the current era of globalization, the development of computers and the internet has been running such an extent that can be perceived that the rapid information and communication technology is very important, both in daily life and in the future. With a system of online information via the Internet, CEMARA PHONE SHOP engaged in the sale of handphone need sales and purchasing processes online so that people do not have to buy the product to its place, but enough to make a purchase online. The problem that often arises is when a buyer feels distant place or store locations with the location of the prospective buyer's residence. Preparation of this paper uses the design of a prototype method for communication and collaboration between users and analysts to be better, it also can save time and cost. The tools used to analyze consists of flowmap, data dictionaries, ERD, DFD, context diagram, normalization and relation table, while the programming language used by PHP using MySQL database. Designof Information Systems WebBased Sales and Purchase on Cemara Phone Shop Store created tofacilitate the smooth process of purchase sales faster.
