Cendana Cell yang berlokasi di BEC Mall terdapat 2 proses, penjualan dan pembelian HP bekas. Sistem pengelolaan data pembelian dan penjualan Handphone di Cendana Cell mempunyai suatu permasalahan yang melingkupi proses jalannya mekanisme kegiatan. Mengenai pengolahan data penjualan di Cendana Cell data penjualan masih dihitung secara manual, dan pencarian stok HP yang diinginkan oleh konsumen masih belum terkomputerisasi. Sistem pembayaran pun masih dilakukan secara langsung atau tunai. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah Prototype. Metode pengembangan sistem ini merupakan urutan kegiatan/aktifitas yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan sistem dimulai dari menganalisis kebutuhan user, membuat prototype, menyesuaikan prototype dengan keinginan user, membuat system, melakukan testing system, menyesuaikan sistem dengan keinginan user, dan menggunakan sistem. Dalam perancangan prosesnya digunakan Flowmap, Diagram Kontek, Data Flow Diagram dan Kamus Data. Pada perancangan basis data, diawali dengan Normalisasi, Entity Relational Diagram dan Tabel Relasi. Sementara itu, untuk perancangan program penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL. Dengan penerapan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pada Gerai Ponsel Berbasis Web Di Cendana Cell Dengan Menggunakan PHP yang berbasis komputer mampu mempermudah dan membantu membangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web pada Cendana Cell dan penggunaan internet sebagai sarana untuk penjualan.

Authors construct an information system purchases and sales by using prototype method. The data collection methods used were interviews and observations. The interview is a data collection techniques to obtain the required data by question and answer directly to the Purchasing particular, and the entire staff of employees in general. for the development of methods and systems using a structured approach that uses several tools and working techniques, such as flowmap, context diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD. The software used to build this system is a PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database. Information systems are built by the authors expected to be used to process data purchase and sale of drugs, which begins at the time of SPO, SPO until the process validation reports revenues and expenditures of drugs, so it can facilitate the process of buying and selling drugs more quickly and efficiently.
