Teknologi diciptakan untuk membantu aktivitas manusia, Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi diperlukan suatu media yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan akan informasi dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dalam perkembangannya IT bergerak diiringi oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi. Mayoritas konsumen yang melihat situs properti lewat website, Karena itu peneliti merancang website yang dapat mencari informasi properti. Sinar Anugrah Propertindo sangat memerlukan website dalam proses penjualan rumah gedung atau ruko supaya dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan perusahaan properti lain yang ada. Saat melakukan analisis sistem penulis menggunakan alat bantu yang terdiri dari Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, DFD. Adapun pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan dalam skripsi ini dengan cara Observasi dan Wawancara terhadap objek penelitian. Untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan properti web ini, penulis menggunakan perangkat lunak PHP, Macromedia Dreamwaver, CI serta Database MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil skripsi yang telah dibuat, maka perangkat lunak yang dibuat dalam sistem informasi penjualan properti pada Sinar Anugrah Propertindo dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menawarkan properti serta membantu dalam proses promosi sehingga penjualan menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien.

When did the authors use a systems analysis tool that consists of Flowmap, Context Diagram, DFD. The data collection by the author in this paper by means of observation and interviews of the research object. To design a web property sales information system, the author uses the PHP software, Macromedia Dreamwaver, CI and MySQL database. Based on a thesis that has been made, then the software is created in the system property sales information on Grace Propertindo rays can help the company in offering property and assist in the promotion process so that sales become more effective and efficient.
