do various transaction type.To do data processing and record from the transaction
which no longer possible doing manually because relating to efficiency and
satisfaction of customer. Because Of that it’s absolutely need computerized
information system which quick and accurate. PT Frigia AC is a Company active in
repair service, installation and also sales mobile parts air conditioner. System repair
AC in PT. Frigia AC still done manually represent this is one of the weakness of
service in PT. Frigia AC at this time, because with system which walk in this time
customer complain because they are waiting to long for just to know how much
money who they pay for the service.
The Methodologies weared to design this System scheme is prototype method
and for the method of used data collecting is by book study and interview, and also
for the method of approach the system is using Diagram Context, Data Flow
Diagram, Data Dictionary, Normalization, Relationship Table and Entity
Relationship Diagram.
By using Auto Care Air Conditioning information system base on client / server
hence data processing at process repair of Air Conditioner in PT. Frigia AC will be
more quickly and also service to customer will be more goodness.
