Rama Putra Education Institute which is one of non-formal educational institutions that conduct tests of equality Package C which aims to help high school students can continue their education, students who do not pass through formal education can take the test of equality that will help them to continue their education to the level of Higher Education. The problems that arise in the LPK Rama Putra include are still manual students data collection resulting in uncontrolled student data collection. Student data which is used for a variety of data collection such as data collection for the exam equality, the division of classes, acdemic scheduling and payment of fees “Bimbel”, then do not a system that can help to store data, find data or data processing students into the attendance list and printing “Bimbel” list of students passed the test of equality.br / In designing this academic information system, the method used for the development use prototype, and to approach the system with a structured approach using programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server as the database.br / With a system of academic information in the test of equality package C in social studies program is expected to help facilitate the processing and data management related to sustainability and reducing test of equality of error in making payment in full Bimbel kwintansi information and assist in making attendance form Bimbel so there is no back complaints - complaints from students because they registered the name of the student concerned.
