PT. Hariff DTE melakukan pembelian dan persediaan spare part untuk mendukung bisnis perusahaannya. Dalam persediaan spare part untuk keperluan kantor cabang, permintaan spare part dari kantor cabang diajukan melalui pengisian form yang kemudian dikirim ke kantor pusat di Bandung. Sistem yang berjalan masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari permintaan spare part, penerimaan dan pengeluaran spare part hingga data persediaan spare part. Ada beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh bagian Spare Part Management, yaitu tidak terkontrolnya stok persediaan spare part, juga dalam hal pencarian spare part, sehingga mengakibatkan adanya kesulitan dalam pengolahan data maupun dalam pembuatan laporan. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem persediaan spare part yang sedang berjalan, membuat perancangan sistem informasi persediaan spare part berbasis web yang dapat menghubungkan seluruh kantor cabang yang ada di seluruh Indonesia, melakukan analisis dan pengujian sistem persediaan spare part berbasis web dan melakukan implementasi sistem persediaan spare part berbasis web di PT. Hariff DTE. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada PT. Hariff DTE, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode terstruktur dan metode pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan model waterfall, dengan alat bantu pengembangan sistem berupa flowmap, diagram konteks, data flow diagram, kamus data dan perancangan basis data. Adapun perangkat lunak pendukung dalam pembuatan sistem informasi pengadaan spare part ini adalah PHP dan Adobe Dreamweaver dan untuk database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi persediaan spare part berbasis web yang dapat memudahkan bagian Spare Part Management dalam mengelola data persediaan spare part, memudahkan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai penerimaan dan pengeluaran spare part, memudahkan dalam pembuatan laporan persediaan spare part bagi pimpinan dan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan, dan memudahkan dalam pencarian spare part.

PT. Hariff DTE do the purchasing and inventory of spare parts to support companyÃâs business. In the process of inventory of spare parts for the branch office, the request for spare part of the branch office is done by filling out the form and then sent to the central headquarters in Bandung. The system is still done manually, from the request for spare parts, spare part revenues and expenditures to the spare part inventory data. There are some problems faced by the Spare Parts Management, which is the condition of uncontrolled inventories of spare parts, also in spare parts searching, resulting in a difficulty in processing the data and in preparing reports. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing spare part inventory system, designing web-based spare parts inventory information systems that can connect all the existing branch offices throughout Indonesia, perform systems analysis and testing of web-based spare parts inventory information systems and implement it at PT. Hariff DTE. The method that is used is descriptive method with approach of case studies at PT. Hariff DTE, the data collection methods that is used is observation, interview and documentation. The Approximation method that is used is the structured method with the waterfall development model, with the help of system development tools using flow map, context diagram, data flow diagram, data dictionary and database design. The software support to make this web-based spare parts inventory information systems is PHP, Adobe Dreamweaver and MySQL for the database. The results of this study is to make the web-based spare parts inventory information systems which can facilitate the spare partmanagement process in managing the spare part inventory data, ease the information gathering about the spare part receipt and expense, ease the spare part supply report for the managers and the related people, and ease the spare part search process.
