Sistem informasi poin prestasi dan pelanggaran tata tertib siswa merupakan sebuah sistem untuk proses pencatatan, penyimpanan dan pengolahan data pelanggaran, prestasi, dan konsultasi untuk memberikan informasi-informasi tersebut kepada wali kelas, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua siswa. Dengan adanya sistem ini bisa diketahui pelanggaran apa saja yang paling banyak dilanggar oleh siswa. Selain itu wali kelas bisa ikut memantau, mengawasi, dan ikut membantu guru BK dalam menangani permasalahan yang dialami oleh siswa. Tidak diterapkannya penghitungan pelanggaran sehingga siswa yang sering melanggar tidak mendapat tindak lanjut dari sekolah. Begitu juga dengan pencatatan prestasi wali kelas terkadang tidak mencatat prestasi dan siswa tidak mendapatkan reward atau penghargaan agar bisa meningkatkan motivasi siswa itu sendiri dan siswa lainnya untuk terus berprestasi. Orang tua siswa pun tidak menerima informasi mengenai pelanggaran dan prestasi anaknya selama bersekolah di SMP Angkasa. Oleh karena itu penulis mengangkat permasalahan tersebut dengan judul skripsi, ÃâSISTEM INFORMASI POIN PRESTASI DAN PELANGGARAN TATA TERTIB SISWA BERBASIS WEB PADA SMP ANGKASA LANUD HUSEIN SASTRANEGARA BANDUNG.Ãâ Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis ialah metode deskriptif dengan studi kasus pada bagian konseling mengenai pelanggaran,prestasi dan konsultasi siswa. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan pendekatan objek dan untuk metode pengembangan menggunakan metode prototype. Dengan dirancangnya sistem informasi ini, pengelolaan data pelanggaran, prestasi, dan konsultasi menjadi mudah. Pencatatan pelanggaran, prestasi, dan konsultasi oleh guru BK bisa dilihat oleh wali kelas masing-masing dan ikut membantu mengawasi siswa tersebut. Orang tua siswa juga mendapatkan laporan pelanggaran dan pretasi anaknya melalui wali kelas yang diberikan setiap akhir semester atau pembagian raport siswa sehingga bisa dikomunikasikan bersamasama oleh wali kelas. Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah guru BK dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai penyedia informasi pelanggaran,prestasi, dan konsultasi siswa untuk kesiswaan, wali kelas, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua siswa.

Achievement point and violation of student discipline information system is a system for recording, storing and processing data violations, achievements, and consultations to provide such information to homeroom teacher, principal, and parents. With this system we can track what violations are most often violated by students. In addition, homeroom guardians can participate in monitoring, supervising, and assist teachers in managing the problems faced by students. The counting of violation is not applied by the school so that the students who violate often do not get follow-up from the school. Likewise, recording of achievements sometimes do not get recorded so the students do not get rewards or awards in order to increase the motivation of students themselves and other students to continue to excel. The parents did not receive information about the violation and achievement of their children during their study at SMP Angkasa. Therefore, the authors raised the problem with the title of thesis, "ACHIEVEMENT POINT AND VIOLATION INFORMATION SYSTEMS BASED ON WEB IN SMP ANGKASA LANUD HUSEIN SASTRANEGARA BANDUNG."In this study, research methods used by the author is a descriptive method with case studies on the counseling about violations, achievements and student consultation. This information system design using object approach and for development method using prototype method.With the design of this information system, data management violations, achievements, and consultations will be easier. The recording of violations, achievements, and consultations by BK teachers can be seen by their homeroom teacher and help to supervise the student. Parents also get reports of violations and the achievement of their children through the homeroom teacher who are given at the end of each semester or student report cards so that they can be communicated together by the homeroom teacher. In the end the authors hope that with this information system can facilitate the BK teacher in carrying out his duties as a provider of information violation, achievement, and student consultation for student, homeroom, principal, and parents of students.
