Empoyee retirement is ending of work period a civil servant from their
duties and give to him the old age guarantee as reward for his merits during the
whole years work in goverment service, in practice retirement process of civil
servant particulary in goverment area of Kabupaten Subang is to experience with
delay because Province Official Affairs Commitee Field Retirement sub as
institution which appointed by government for preparation of retirement data
have difficulty to fulfill the need of employee document on retirement process.
That is why writer suggesting to do preparation of computerization system in
order to help the retirement process.
Solution of the problem solved by using waterfall method which using help
device like document flow diagram, conteks diagram, data flow diagram, and
programming database with using entity relation diagram, normalization and
relation table.
To minimalize the problem, writer suggesting to make application
program for supporting solution of the problem. As for abudance preparation of
application program which made is possible for an application program to
communicate and sharing the data through communication web, finding
otomation and to input data. If necessary that the making of application program
in retirement procedure system of Civil Servant to reobserved and to coordinated
with activity retirement process of Civil Servant in order to br function effectively
and efficienctly
