The rapid development of technology in globalization era has a very important role to support daily activities in education, business, entertainment, government administration and many others. Technology which is talking by many people is internet. Internet is a technology which could be used in sending and accepting all sorts of data and it could be done everywhere and every time. In connection with that matter, internet becomes one of solutions of some obstacles faced by Manajemen Informatika Department of UNIKOM. One of problems is that registration and trusteeship activities are still manual so that the use of internet technology is hoped to become solution in facing that problem. The act of system planning used with waterfall/classic life cycle method, a tool used to design systems in the form of flow map, context diagram, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), and technique of collecting data by using research method by observation and interview. A tool for developing database application is MySQL with programming language Personal Home Page (PHP). The system which is planned is Online Registration and Trusteeship Information System. This system could give some advantages compared with manual system that is to make the work efficient in entering subject of data, guardianship activity which is not bound to place and time, and the detection of subjects which are taken by student.
