Service information system ini a system handle service procedure
automation that used to be hanled manually. This sytem also claimed to yield
service report. This system is being controlled by an information system with clientserver
and multi user programming dhat fulfilling fast. Accurate and relevant
criterias.
This research will yield a information system service in PUSKESMAS
LEMBANG using optimal features from Borland Delphi 6.0 and Ms.SQL Server
2000, where its system devlopmen Uses method of Spiral and its design uses object
oriented programming method whit UML ( Unified Modeling Language) modeling
language.
The goal from the design is to improve data-prosesing system and services
which is still handeled manually. Improving humen resource to get a beter results.
To manage and also give a fast information to those who requires it. The
advantages of this system besides its user-frienly interface also its information that
flows to and from each shares can be done very fast from and between computers so
that various business process can be served as expected. This can improved
company profibility.
