Pada saat ini, perkembangan dunia pariwisata khususnya di kota Bandung setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan data dari Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) bahwa pada tahun 2015 tercatat jumlah wisatawan mencapai 5,7 (lima koma tujuh) juta wisatawan. Dari jumlah tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan bahwa kebutuhan akan hunian sewa untuk para wisatawan sangat besar. Untuk itu pihak swasta yang terlibat dalam bisnis hotel maupun hunian sewa lainnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian di kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan dalam membangun perangkat lunak yaitu waterfall. Penerapan metode tersebut meliputi tahapan analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian hingga tahapan pemeliharaan. Selain itu, beberapa tools (alat) yang digunakan dalam membangun perangkat lunak menggunakan bahasa pemrogramam PHP yang dibuat pengkodeannya memakai framework (kerangka kerja) CodeIgniter dalam perangkat lunak Sublime Text, adapun database yang digunakan yaitu MySql. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Reservasi mandiri berbasis website yang dapat menghubungkan pelanggan dengan pihak Hotel Nandya. Kemudian sistem ini diharapkan pula dapat membantu dalam pembuatan laporan dari reservasi kamar. Selain itu,ini dapat membantu pihak manajemen hotel untuk memonitor dan evaluasi dapat bersaing dengan hotel lain di Kota Bandung.

Nowadays, the development of tourism especially in Bandung city have significantly increased every year. Based on the data from Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), in 2015 alone there are approximately 5.7 million tourists. From the amount of those tourists, we can conclude that there is a massive needs for inn or guesthouse for the tourist. Therefore, the private stakeholders which take a part in hotels and guesthouse sector are expected to make a positive impact and increased the economy in Bandung city. In this research, the method used to build the software is ‘waterfall’. The use of selected method include the analysis stage, coding design, testing process until the maintenance stage. Furthermore, some other tools used to build the software is using PHP programming language which encoded with CodeIgniter framework in SublimeText software, as for the database used in this research is MySql. This research is expected to obtain a web-based independent reservation information system that able to connected the customers with the Nandya Hotel as the result. Then, this research is also expected to assist the Hotel management to prepare the room reservation reports. Besides, this information system is expected to ease the Nandya Hotel management to monitor and evaluate in order to compete with the other competitors. .
