Sehingga untuk melakukan reservasi hotel dan pencarian informasi masih sulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem yang berjalan, untuk membuat perancangan, untuk melakukan pengujian dan untuk melakukan implementasi sistem informasi reservasi hotel berbasis web pada CV.Mutiara Tour dan Travel. Kegunaan penelitian ini untuk bahan pertimbangan dalam upaya perbaikan masalah yang terkait dengan sistem informasi reservasi hotel pada CV,Mutiara Tour dan Travel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, sedangkan metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan terstruktur dan metode pengembangnya menggunakan model Waterfall. Cara pengumpulan data yang digunakan Observasi dan wawancara. Penulis menggunakan alat bantu dan teknik pengerjaan, seperti flowmap, diagram konteks, dan Data Flow Diagram ( DFD ). Proses pembuatan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Macromedia Deamweaper 8, PHP, database MySQL dan web server apche. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis menunjukan bahwa perancangan sistem informasi reservasi hotel ini dapat membantu pelanggan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tepat mengenai spesifikasi layanan reservasi hotel yang ditawarkan oleh pihak CV.Mutiara Tour dan Travel, mempermudah pelanggan dalam proses reservasi hotel dan dapat membantu meningkatakan loyalitas pelanggan kepada perusahaan serta memudahkan administrator dalam proses pengolahan data reservasi hotel.
