Hotel Salis merupakan suatu perusahaan atau badan usaha akomodasi yang menyediakan pelayanan jasa penginapan, laundry, cafe serta fasilitas jasa lainnya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Hotel ini adalah kurang handalnya sistem informasi pelayanan tamu yang digunakan. Dari mulai pengarsipan data, serta penggunaan fasilitas yang terdapat pada hotel yang belum terintegrasi dengan baik. oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi pelayanan tamu berbasis web yang dapat mempromosikan hotel sekaligus mempermudah menggunakan fasilitas hotel, sehingga dapat menghemat waktu serta keakuratan informasi hasil pengolahan data hotel.Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi prototype. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Alat yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan model sistem adalah berupa Flow Map, diagram konteks, dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), serta dalam perancangan basis data menggunakan kamus data, normalisasi, dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Pembuatan sistem infromasi ini menggunakan PHP, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 dan Apache Friends sebagai Web server dengan My SQL sebagai Database.Sistem informasi yang dibangun oleh penulis diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mengolah data yang ada, dimulai pada saat reservasi, check in, sampai penggunaan fasilitas yang terdapat pada hotel, sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam proses pencarian data, penghitungan biaya keseluruhan dan juga mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan laporan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan hotel dan juga meningkatkan mutu pelayanan tamu hotel.

Research design using observation and interviews. The tools used to describe the system model is a FlowMap, context diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), as well as in database design using data dictionaries , normalization , and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Making the infotmation system using PHP, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 and Friends Apache as the web server with MySQL as database.Information systems built by the authors are expected to be used to process the data, starting at the time of reservation, check -in, to use the facilities available in the hotel, so as to facilitate the search process the data , calculating the overall cost and also simplify the reporting process, so as to improve employee quality of the hotel and also improve the quality of the hotel guests.
