Sistem Informasi Reservasi Kamar Berbasis Web Pada Ungu Guest House yang meliputi pemesanan kamar, proses pembayaran, proses check-in, proses check-out, pemesanan makanan, dan jasa laundry. Sistem reservasi masih menggunakan sistem offline atau manual, yaitu dengan cara ditulis ke dalam buku, kemudian untuk melakukan reservasi kamar tamu harus datang langsung ke tempat atau dapat di lakukan melalui telepon. Hal tersebut seringkali menyebabkan proses pendataan memakan waktu lama dan memiliki tingkat kesalahan yang sangat tinggi dan tidak memuaskan pelanggan, karena tidak praktis dan menyita banyak waktu. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung seluruh kegiatan reservasi dan pelayaan jasa yang ada tersebut. Sistem Informasi Reservasi Kamar Berbasis Web Pada Ungu Guest House ini dibuat menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur. Desain penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi sumber data primer yaitu dengan cara observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan sumber data sekunder yaitu dengan cara melihat dokumen-dokumen. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi reservasi kamar berbasis web dibuat dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Diharapkan dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Reservasi Kamar ini dapat mengatasi salah satu permasalahan dalam hal reservasi dimana tamu harus melakukan reservasi secara datang langsung ke tempat. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Dengan adanya sistem informasi reservasi berbasis web ini diharapkan akan membantu guest house dan tamu dalam proses reservasi.
