Hotel Turtle Beach merupakan sebuah hotel yang terletak di kawasan wisata Pantai Ujung Genteng, yang terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan layanan serta standar kualitas, dari berbagai sisi antara lain sisi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Pada proses reservasi kamar sistem yang berjalan belum efektif dan efisien belum tersedia proses reservasi secara online. Oleh karena itu membutuhkan suatu sistem untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dalam hal pelayanan di Hotel Turtle Beach. Dan dari tujuan penelitian tersebut dihasilkan beberapa kegunaan yang terdiri dari kegunaan praktis dan akademis. Sistem Informasi Reservasi Kamar Hotel Berbasis Web Pada Hotel Turtle Beach menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah terstruktur, alat bantu yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem berupa Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, DFD dan ERD. Sedangkan alat pembangunan aplikasi database menggunakan MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman Java, Pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan model prototype. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah : windows 10, npp.7.3.1.Installer dan Xampp 1.7.3. Hasil dari Penelitian Sistem Informasi Reservasi Kamar Hotel Berbasis Web ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan di Hotel Turtle Beach sehingga pengunjung akan lebih mudah pada saat melakukan reservasi dan mengetahui informasi hotel, fasilitas, yang ada di Hotel Turtle Beach.

The system development method used is structured, the tools used to design the system in the form of Flowmap, Context Diagram, DFD and ERD. While the database application development tools using MySQL and Java programming language, Development of the system using a prototype model.
