Winaya Sejahtera Co-operation (KWS) is an economy institution base on family spirit and become one of the solution in economy field problem which has an objective to prosper its member. There are several problem face by Winaya Sejahtera Co-operation (KWS) in treasurer departement especially in the borrowing and saving balance accouting process, late of service for member which will saving and or borrowing money, also in making report and the medium used still in document so often happen brake and lost. To solve the problem so author try to design borrowing and saving information system with data gathering technique consist of observation technique and interview technique. Then it also use consist system technique that is System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) development method such as prestudy, system analysas, system design, system development and system implementation. In designing this borrowing and saving information system program, author used 7th Borland Delphi language program. By designing computerization hopefully it can afford to solve existence problem in treasure department of Winaya Sejahtera Co-operation (KWS), so does not happen lateness in serving member which will saving and borrowing money, in the saving and borrowing accounting process also its interest has not need length period, and easier to find member’s saving and borrowing value.
