Bagian Network Operation adalah salah satu bagian di dalam Divisi Information System Center, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk mengelola desktop di lingkungan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Seiring berjalannya roda perusahaan, permintaan perangkat desktop ( personal komputer, laptop, printer, projector, scanner) dari divisi-divisi kerja Telkom semakin bertambah pula, dengan jumlah permintaan yang semakin besar pula. Kemudian, Telkom ISC menerapkan konsep Seat Management dalam pengelolaan desktop perusahaan. Masalah yang dihadapi Telkom ISC sistem yang berjalan salah satunya masih belum adanya informasi mengenai format-format permintaan dekstop sehingga user kesulitan untuk mengetahui prosedur permintaan dekstop. Selain itu belum adanya informasi tentang penggunaan software berlisensi yang bisa mengakibatkan penyitaan asset perusahaan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi Telkom Seat Management dimaksudkan bisa mengatasi hal-hal tersebut. Sistem Informasi Telkom Seat Management juga diharapkan mampu untuk membantu proses penanganan laporan gangguan user atas penggunaan perangkat Dekstop.
Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut diatas, penulis telah melakukan langkah-langkah analisis sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) seperti use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram. Disamping itu untuk mempersiapkan implementasi Sistem Informasi ini, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql dengan menggunakan software aplikasi Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang dipergunakan adalah metode Web Engineering.
Dengan adanya pengembangan sistem informasi Telkom Seat Management berbasis Online diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi user dalam proses pelaporan gangguan perangkat dekstop dan memberikan edukasi terhadap penggunaan software berlisensi.

To achieve the above objectives, the authors have done the steps of systems analysis using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram. In addition to preparing the implementation of Information Systems, the author uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database software applications using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, while the system development method used is a Web Engineering method.
With the development of information systems based Management Seat Online Telkom is expected to provide convenience to the user in the process of reporting interference desktop devices and provide education on the use of licensed software.
