Saat ini perkembangan teknologi komputer sangatlah pesat dan telah merambah ke semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Penggunaan teknologi komputer telah terbukti memberikan pencapaian kerja yang jauh lebih cepat dan lebih akurat dari penyelesaian masalah secara manual. Pada Prodi Sistem Informasi UNIKOM telah memiliki sistem informasi untuk mengelola data tugas akhir dan skripsi (SIMITA). Namum masih di dalam sistem terdapat berbagai kendala dan kekurangan yang harus disempurnakan. Misalkan, kurangnya informasi mengenai proses uji program, mahasiswa tidak dapat mengetahui informasi dalam ruangan pelaksanaan uji program dan hasil kelulusan uji program, mahasiswa harus melihat ke papan pengumuman untuk mendapatkan informasi tersebut. Selain itu, dalam proses pengajuan proposal pun mahasiswa tidak mendapatkan informasi kouta dari masing-masing dosen pembimbing.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka penliti membuat perancangan sistem informasi penjadwalan tugas akhir dan skripsi menggunakan metode deskriftif, dengan melakukan pengamatan, pengumpulan data dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan yang terjadi pada tempat penelitian. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan penulis adalah prototype. Alat atau tools yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem adalah Use Case, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan Class Diagram. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan PHP menggunakan framewok CodeIgniter dengan database MySQL.Perancangan dan pengemabangan dari hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh Prodi Sistem Informasi UNIKOM. Diharapakan sistem yang dibangun ini mampu membantu dalam proses pembagian ruangan uji program, hasil kelulusan uji program, dan pembagian dosen pembimbing.

Currently very rapid development of computer technology and has penetrated into all aspects of human life. The use of computer technology has been proven to provide the achievement of work much faster and more accurate than manual troubleshooting. At Prodi UNIKOM Information Systems has a system to manage the data information and the final project thesis (SIMITA). However the system is still inside there are various obstacles and deficiencies that must be refined. For example, the lack of information about the test program, the student is not able to find out information on the room floor plan test execution passing the test program and the results of the program, students must look to the bulletin board to get that information. In addition, the proposal submission process was a student does not get quota information from each supervisor.To overcome these problems then the researcher makes scheduling information system design and thesis final project using descriptive methods, by observing, collecting data and describe the activities that occur at the site of the study. System development methods used by the author is the prototype. Tool or tools used in designing the system is Use Case, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. Programming language used framewok CodeIgniter PHP using MySQL database.Designing and developing the company of research results is expected to address the problems faced by Prodi UNIKOM Information Systems. It is hoped that the system built is able to assist in the testing room floor plan program, the result of passing the test program, and the division supervisor.
