Sistem kendali level air merupakan sistem kendali sederhana yang biasa di gunakan di industri . sistem ini bekerja secara otomatis dengan mengunakan kendali on-off yang mengontrol pembukaan dan penutupan solenoid valve yang berfungsi untuk menahan atau mengalirkan laju aliran air. Sistem, yang dikendalikan levelnya merupakan input yang masuk ke tanki. Tujuan dari sistem kendali level air ini adalah untuk menyimpan air dan menjaga volume atau levelnya agar tetap stabil (konstan). Metode pengendalian sistem kendali yang digunakan pada sistem ini adalah metode histerisis. Histeresis adalah suatu metode pada sistem kendali yang memiliki penyimpanan yang memiliki efek kepada output dengan perubahan input yang sama tujuannya agar terdapat range ketika kondisi on dan kondisi off. Keuntungan menggunakan metode kendali on-off dengan histerisis adalah selain rangkaian yang relatif mudah dan karakteristik komponen tidak begitu berpengaruh terhadap kestabilan sistem. Metode kendali on-off dengan histerisis bertujuan agar tidak terjadi multiswitching yang dapat merusak relay. Kata kunci: Kendali on-off, Histerisis.

Water level control system is the usual simple control system in use in the industry. the system works automatically by using on-off control which controls the opening and closing solenoid valve that serves to hold or drain the water flow rate. The system, controlled level is input that went into the tank. The purpose of this water level control systems is to save water and keep the volume or level to remain stable (constant). System control control methods used on these systems is the histerisis method. Histeresis is a method on the control system has a storage has an effect to the output with the same input changes its purpose so that there is a range condition when the conditions on and off. The advantage of using on-off control method with the histerisis is a series of relatively easy addition and the characteristics of the components were not so influential to the stability of the system. A method of control on-off with histerisis aimed to make does not occur multiswitching that can undermine the relay. Keywords: On-Off Control, Histerisis.
