Mikrokontroler adalah salah satu jenis kontrol yang dipelajari pada salah satu mata kuliah di program studi Diploma III Teknik Mesin. Dalam mata kuliah tersebut diperlukan alat peraga pembelajaran untuk menunjang perkuliahan dalam mempelajari kontrol mikrokontroler. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah Tugas Akhir dengan judul âÃâ¬ÃÅSistem Kontrol Alat Peraga Pemilah Benda Kerja Berbasis MikrokontrolerâÃâ¬Ã�. Sistem kontrol pada alat pemilah benda kerja ini digunakan untuk mengatur pemilihan benda sesuai dengan sensor yang digunakan. Sistem kontol pada alat peraga ini menggunakan sistem mikrokontroler yang berfungsi sebagai pusat kontrol data dari keseluruhan kontrol yang terdapat pada alat peraga, seperti kontrol dari sensor induktif untuk menentukan benda yang terbuat dari logam dan sensor optik untuk menentukan apakah benda tersebut berwarna putih atau hitam. Sistem kontrol pada alat peraga ini dapat dimodelkan pada pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah Mekatronika yang mempelajari tentang mikrokontroler. Dalam tugas akhir ini diperoleh hasil rancangan dari wiring sistem kontrol alat pemilah benda kerja yang telah dilakukan simulasi dengan hasil sesuai dengan cara kerja. Namun dalam proses wiring terdapat kendala dalam pemilihan komponen sehingga dilakukan pemisalan terhadap komponen yang tidak ada.

Microcontroller is a type of control studied in one of the courses in the Diploma III Mechanical Engineering study program. In this course, learning aids are needed to support lectures in studying microcontroller control. Therefore, a final assignment was made with the title "Control System for Microcontroller Based Sorting Tool for Workpiece Sorting". The control system in this workpiece sorting tool is used to adjust the selection of objects according to the sensor used. The control system in this trainer uses a microcontroller system that functions as a data control center for all controls contained in the props, such as control from inductive sensors to determine objects made of metal and optical sensors to determine whether the object is white or black. The control system in this teaching aid can be modeled on learning in the Mechatronics course that studies microcontrollers. In this final project, the results of the design of the workpiece sorting tool wiring control system have been simulated with the results according to the way of working. However, in the wiring process, there are obstacles in the selection of components so that the missing components are analyzed.
