CV. ANAKING JIMAT AWAKING merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyedia jasa kontruksi diantaranya bidang pembangunan, pengembangan, pelaksanaan proyek. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek yang dikerjakan terdapat permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya penjadwalan yang sudah ada kurang spesifik karena tidak menunjukan hubungan antar kegitan satu dengan kegiatan lainnya, kurang diperhatikannya resiko Ãâ resiko yang dapat mempengaruhi berjalanya proyek, serta proses estimasi waktu dan biaya yang dilakukan perusahaan tidak menunjukan hubungan antara kegiatan yang telah dicapai dilapangan dengan biaya yang telah dikeluarkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem manajemen proyek yang dapat membantu dalam keberlangsungan proyek. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan diatas, maka untuk mangatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu metode diantaranya metode Precedence Diagraming Methode (PDM) sebagai metode untuk penjadwalan proyek, metode Probability Impact Matrix (PIM) untuk menganalisis peluang munculnya resiko dan dampaknya dan metode Earned Value Management (EVM), metode EVM merupakan suatu metode yang memudahkan dalam pengendalian estimasi biaya dan waktu proyek. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Manajemen proyek yang dapat membantu dalam penjadwalan proyek, membantu menganalisa resiko yang ada dilapangan yang berdampak negatif pada pelaksanaan proyek dan mempersiapkan penanganannya, dan membantu dalam estimasi biaya dan waktu pengerjaan proyek.
