Kamera CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) saat ini telah menjadi sistem monitoring lingkungan atau rumah yang banyak dipakai untuk daerah dengan mobilitas tinggi seperti perkantoran, industri, jalan raya dan lain sebagainya.untuk saat ini sistem kamera CCTV sendiri menggunakan DVR (Digital Video Recorder) sebagai perangkat yang berfungsi untuk menyimpan gambar atau video kedalam harddisk, flashdisk, atau media penyimpanan lain. Namun saat ini sistem kamera CCTV masih belum dapat memberikan notifikasi otomatis kepada penggunanya yang belum sempat memonitoring secara langsung ataupun melihat hasil rekaman videonya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem monitoring yang dapat memonitoring, merekam dan memberikan notifikasi kepada pengguna ketika ada objek yang bergerak dengan memanfaatkan IP Kamera sebagai pengganti kamera CCTV dan Mini PC Raspberry Pi sebagai pengganti DVR. Untuk antarmuka sistem keamanan yang dibangun dapat dilihat melalui perangkat mobile pengguna dengan menggunakan aplikasi web yang responsif dengan bantuan aplikasi web browser. Untuk notifikasi pada sistem yang dibangun adalah ketika IP Kamera yang menangkap objek yang bergerak, gambar tersebut akan disimpan sementara di Raspberry Pi, dan kemudian akan dikirim kepada smartphone pengguna melalui aplikasi telegram messenger. Dari hasil pengujian aplikasi web pada sistem yang dibangun telah dapat memonitoring secara live view dan melihat hasil rekaman melalui jaringan LAN. Serta untuk hasil pengujian notifikasi pada sistem yang dibangun, telah dapat mengirimkan notifikasi pesan gambar kepada pengguna melalui aplikasi telegram messenger ketika IP Kamera meng-capture adanya objek yang bergerak dengan menggunakan media komunikasi Internet.

CCTV (closed circuit television) camera today has become a environment or a home monitoring system that is widely used for areas with high mobility such as offices, industries, roads and others. For now its own CCTV camera system using a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) as a device that serves to store the image or video into the hard drive, flash drive, or other storage media. But this time the CCTV camera system is still not able to provide automatic notification to users who have not had time to monitor directly or see the results of the videotape. The purpose of this research is to create a monitoring system that can monitor, record and provide notification to the user when there is a moving object by utilizing IP cameras instead of a CCTV camera and Mini PC Raspberry Pi as a replacement function DVR. For security systems built interfaces can be viewed via a mobile device users by using responsive web applications with the help of a web browser application. For notification on a system that is built is when an IP camera that captures a moving object, the image will be stored temporarily in the Raspberry Pi, and then will be sent to the user's smartphone via telegram messenger application. From the results of testing web applications on the system has been built can monitor the live view and see the recordings through a LAN network. As well as to the test results on the notification system built, has been able to send a picture message notifications to users via telegram messenger application when the IP camera to capture a moving object with their use of communication media Internet.
