Kursus Gujurly Nesil merupakan salah satu tempat kursus terbesar di Kota Ashgabat. Dengan siswa berjumlah ratusan, tidak sedikit orang yang juga ingin mendaftar ke tempat kursus ini. Namun sistem pendaftaran yang digunakan sekarang masih kuno dan tidak praktis. Sistem pendaftaran yang dilakukan masih berbasis kertas dan seringkali menyulitkan para calon pendaftar dikarenakan harus mendatangi tempat kursus. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, dibutuhkan implementasi sistem yang lebih praktis dan mudah terutama bagi mereka yang ingin mendaftar tapi terkendala jarak dan waktu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan berorientasi objek dan untuk pergembangannya menggunakan model prototipe. Perkakas yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini adalah Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Object Diagrams dan Deployment diagrams. Dalam pengembangan proses pembuatan website pemesanan ini, kami menggunakan PHP 5 untuk menghasilkan kode dan antar muka (interface), kami juga menggunakan MySQL sebagai server aplikasi basis data utama. Dengan adanya implementasi sistem pendaftaran online, diharapkan pendaftaran siswa ke kursus Gujurly Nesil lebih mudah dan dapat memberi informasi yang lebih praktis dengan aplikasi sistem informasi pendaftaran online berbasis web bagi Kursus Gujurly Nesil Kota Ashgabat ditambah lagi dengan diaktifkannya iklan dan informasi online diharapkan para pendaftar akan lebih dimudahkan untuk mendaftar dan juga dapat menarik siswa lebih banyak.

Gujurly Nesil Course is one of the greatest courses in the city of Ashgabat. With students numbering in the hundreds, not a few people who also want to sign up to this place. But the registration system used today is old-fashioned and impractical. Registration system is still paper-based and often difficult due to the prospective applicants should come to the course. In this regard, it needs a new system implementation to be more practical and easier, especially for those who want to register but constrained by time and distance. The method used is the method of object-oriented approach and for its development using the prototype model. The tools used for the manufacture of this system are the Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Object Diagrams, Component, and Deployment diagrams. In developing process of creating online booking website, we used PHP 5 to generate code and interface, we also used MySQL as the main application database server. With the implementation of online registration system, expected student enrollment to the course Gujurly Nesil easier and can provide information that is more practical with the application of new registration information system. Plus, web-based information system for Gujurly Nesil Course in City of Ashgabat coupled with the reactivation of advertising and information online is expected that more applicants will be permitted to register and also to attract more students.
