PT. Toyota Astra Motor Auto 2000 Setiabudi Division Bandung memerlukan sistem yang dapat menyusun Sistem pendukung keputusan Pemberian Kredit sekaligus dapat menyediakan pilihan sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan. Biasanya pemberian kredit mobil dilakukan secara manual yakni diimplementasikan dalam bentuk excel, meskipun di perusahaan tersebut sudah terdapat suatu sistem, tetapi sistem yang sedang berjalan masih sistem terbatas.
Sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian kredit mobil ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus pada perusahaan, dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, antara lain yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan metode waterfall sedangkan model analisis menggunakan analisis terstruktur yaitu ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) untuk menggambarkan model data dan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) dalam menggambarkan model fungsional. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dengan metode pemilihan kriteria yaitu berdasar five C. Perangkat lunak pembangun sistem adalah Borland Delphi 7.0 dengan database XAMPP 1.7.0.
Setelah melalui tahapan sesuai dengan metode pengembangan yang dipilih, maka dilakukan pengujian sistem yang terdiri dari pengujian alpha menggunakan metode pengujian black box yang berfokus pada persyaratan fungsional perangkat lunak dengan kesimpulan hasil pengujian bahwa memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan sintaks karena penyaringan proses dalam bentuk arahan tampilan pesan masih belum maksimal ditampilkan, dan pengujian beta yaitu pengujian lapangan dengan kesimpulan hasil pengujian bahwa sistem dinilai sudah bagus, dapat dipelajari, mudah digunakan, dengan tampilan menarik dan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan di perusahaan tersebut.
