PT Neuronworks Indonesia adalah perusahaan perseroan terbatas yang bergerak di bidang konsultan IT. PT Neuronworks mengerjakan banyak proyek dari penawaran dan pengajuan. Pelaksanaan proyek sering berakhir melebihi target waktu karena faktor eksternal sehingga menyebabkan pembengkakan biaya pelaksanaan proyek. Kondisi ini menyebabkan perusahaan merugi karena biaya pelaksanaan proyek melebihi nilai proyek sendiri. Proses yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat menghindari dan menangani resiko tersebut adalah dengan menguji kelayakan proyek. Pengujian kelayakan proyek dilakukan agar dapat memprediksi keuntungan yang didapat dengan memperhitungkan suku bunga yaitu dengan metode Benefit Cost Analysis. Tahapan pengujian kelayakan proyek adalah menentukan umur proyek, estimasi pemasukan dan pengeluaran, mengubah menjadi nilai uang, hitung present value, dan hitung NPV dan BCR. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem adalah metode berorientasi objek dengan tools yang digunakan adalah usecase diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, dan activity diagram dan skema relasi tabel untuk memodelkan hubungan antar data. Sistem pendukung keputusan uji kelayakan proyek terdiri dari 5 (lima) pengguna yaitu administrator, project manager, system analyst, chief operational officer, dan direktur. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian alfa dan beta, sistem ini memiliki kemampuan untuk menguji kelayakan sebuah proyek sehingga perusahaan dapat menghindari kerugian akibat penyelesaian proyek yang terlambat.

Implementation projects often end up exceeding the target time due to external factors that cause swelling of the cost of implementing the project. These conditions led to the company losing money because the cost of the project exceeds the value of the project itself. The process needed to be able to prevent and address these risks is with test the feasibility of the project. Testing the feasibility of the project carried out in order to predict a benefit by taking into account interest rates, namely with method of Benefit Cost Analysis. The process of testing the feasibility of the project is determine the life of the project, estimates income and expenses, change into the value of money, calculating the present value, and calculate the NPV and BCR. The method of analysis used in the development of the system is an object-oriented method with the tools used are usecase diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams and tables relationship scheme to model the relationship between the data. Decision support system project feasibility test consists of 5 (five) user that an administrator, project manager, systems analyst, chief operations officer, and director. This system has the ability to test the feasibility of a project so that the company can avoid losses due to the late completion of the project.
