Pembangunan sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit melalui telapak tangan dan lidah berbasis web di klinik BRC Bandung ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses konsultasi divisi pendiagnosa BRC pada pasien untuk mendapatkan solusi titik-titik mana yang hendak di bekam, juga menentukan solusi obat herbal yang nantinya diberikan kepada pasien.
Sistem pakar ini dibuat untuk mendiagnosa penyakit melalui ciri âÃâ¬Ãâ ciri dari telapak tangan dan lidah pasien. Dari sistem pakar ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai penyakit yang diderita pasien, titik bekam yang disarankan, serta obat herbal yang nantinya diberikan. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining dan metode Best-first Search sebagai metode pencariannya.
Hasil uji konsultasi dengan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menentukan penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien dengan disertai pengobatan bekam dan obat herbal yang diberikan, berdasarkan ciri âÃâ¬Ãâ ciri pasien yang sebelumnya dipilih oleh pengguna berdasarkan ciri âÃâ¬Ãâ ciri fisik yang terlihat dari pasien.

Development of disease diagnosis expert system through the palms of the hands and tongue web based at BRC clinic aims to facilitate the consultation process diagnoser of BRC division in patients to obtain solutions which points to the bruise, also determines the herbal solution that will be given to the patient.
This expert system designed to diagnose the disease through - typical characteristics of the palm of the hand and tongue of the patient. From this expert system can provide information about the illnesses suffered by patients, the recommended bleed point, as well as herbal medicine which will be given. This expert system uses forward chaining method and the method of Best-first Search as search method.
Test results of consultation with this system showed that the system can derermine the diseases suffered by patients with medical bleed and herbal medicines are given, based on characteristics of patients previously selected by the user based on the physical characteristics that visible of the patient.
