EASY SPEAK merupakan lembaga pendidikan Bahasa Inggris yang telah berdiri sejak bulan Oktober 2007 dan memiliki cabang di 15 kota besar di Indonesia. EASY SPEAK mengelola segala proses dalam mendukung peningkatan dan pelaksanaan kompetensi untuk para pengajar di masing-masing cabang EASY SPEAK, yaitu penilaian season report (Booking, Teach Hours dan Student Interest) dan weekly test (grammar, reading, vocabulary dan listening). Permasalahan yang ada, yaitu pengolahan season report tersebut masih menggunakan kertas untuk mencatat jadwal mengajar, sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama bagi petugas front office dalam pengumpulan dan pencarian lembar jadwal mengajar yang telah dicatat sebelumnya untuk dilakukan perhitungan jumlah teach hours dan student interest yang diperoleh masingÃâmasing pengajar setiap bulannya. Kemudian ujian weekly test yang dilaksanakan setiap minggunya diseluruh cabang EASY SPEAK juga membutuhkan waktu karena pelaksanaan dan pemeriksaan ujian tersebut masih menggunakan kertas. Selain itu kendala yang dihadapi oleh EASY SPEAK yaitu, manager EASY SPEAK harus menunggu data hasil kompetensi dan peraih kandidat TOM (Tutor Of The Month) dari masing-masing cabang EASY SPEAK, sehingga untuk mengetahui perkembangan kompetensi dan peraih kandidat TOM dimasingÃâmasing cabang setiap bulannya tidak dapat diketahui oleh manager dengan cepat.Melihat permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dibangun sebuah sistem pengawasan kompetensi pengajar berbasis web yang gunanya untuk mempermudah EASY SPEAK dalam pelaksanaan kompetensi pengajar yang dilakukan setiap bulannya.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pengujian, sistem yang dibuat sudah mempermudah front office dalam pengolahan dan perekapan data session report, Research And Development supervisor dalam pemeriksaan soal-soal weekly test dan manager dalam pengawasan kompetensi pengajar di EASY SPEAK setiap bulannya.

In addition to the problems faced by EASY SPEAK ie, EASY SPEAK manager must wait for the competency results data and TOM (Tutor Of The Month) candidates from each branch at EASY SPEAK, Thus, in orders to know the development of competence and winning candidates of TOM in the respective branches each month can not be known by the manager quickly.Seeing the problem, it is necessary to build a monitoring system that has web-based teaching competencies that is useful to facilitate EASY SPEAK in the implementation of the teachers competency that is done each month.Based on the interviews and the testing, the exited system has eased the front officer in the processing of data and session report recording, Research And Development supervisor in the examination the weekly test and the manager in the supervision of teaching competence at EASY SPEAK each month .
