Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana Strategi Bidang Telematika Diskominfo Provinsi Jawa Barat Melalui M-CAP (Mobile Community Access Point) Tentang “Internet Sehat” Terhadap Kepuasan Perolehan Informasi Bagi Siswa/i Sekolah Dasar Standar Nasional Negeri 5 Cibadak Sukabumi. Untuk menjawab masalah diatas maka diangkat indikator tujuan, rencana, kegiatan, pesan, dan media untuk variabel strategi serta harapan dan hasil yang dirasakan untuk variabel kepuasan perolehan informasi.br / Tipe penelitian adalah kuantitatif, metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, wawancara, studi pustaka dan internet searching. Populasi (N=265) adalah siswa/I SD SN N 5 Cibadak Sukabumi, dengan sampel (n=73) kelas 4, 5, dan 6. Teknik sampling adalah Stratified Random Sampling (Sampling menurut tingkatan atau strata). Teknik analisa data adalah pengeditan data, pemberian kode, buku koding (coding book) dan lembar koding (cooding sheet), tabulasi data, pengolahan data koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman, dan mengolah data menggunakan Sofware Statistical Program For Social Science (SPSSVersion14.0).br / Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Hubungan tujuan terhadap kepuasan perolehan informasi sebesar (0,578) adalah cukup berarti, valid, searah dan signifikan. 2) Hubungan rencana terhadap kepuasan perolehan informasi sebesar (0,647) adalah cukup berarti, valid, searah dan signifikan. 3) Hubungan kegiatan terhadap kepuasan perolehan informasi sebesar (0,471) adalah cukup berarti, valid, searah dan signifikan. 4) Hubungan pesan terhadap kepuasan perolehan informasi sebesar (0,693) adalah cukup berarti, valid, searah dan signifikan. 5) Hubungan media terhadap kepuasan perolehan informasi sebesar (0,703) adalah kuat, valid, searah dan signifikan. 6) Hubungan strategi terhadap harapan sebesar (0,782) adalah kuat, valid, searah dan signifikan. 7) Hubungan strategi terhadap hasil yang dirasakan sebesar (0,622) adalah cukup berarti, valid, searah dan signifikan.br / Kesimpulan penelitian adanya hubungan antara strategi terhadap kepuasan perolehan informasi sebesar (0,791) adalah hubungan yang kuat, valid, searah dan signifikan.br / Saran penelitian adalah Strategi Bidang Telematika Diskominfo Provinsi Jawa Barat perlu ditingkatkan lagi dengan kontinuitas kegiatan M-CAP, menambah waktu kegiatan M-CAP, melakukan follow up untuk meraih kepuasan perolehan informasi bagi siswa/I sekolah dasar melalui program M-CAP (Mobile Community Access Point) Tentang Internet Sehat, agar dapat mengetahui penggunaan internet dan merasakan manfaat hasil dari kegiatan tersebut.

This study aims to determine how far the field of strategies of communication and informatics department in field of telematics in west java province through m-cap (mobile community access point) about “internet sehat” to students of national standard elementary school 5 cibadak sukabumi satisfaction of obtaining information. To answer the issues raised above, the indicator of this research was goals, plans, activities, messages and media for variables strategies and expectations and the result for satisfaction of the acquisition of information.br / This type of research is quantitative, research methods using survey methods with data collection techniques via questionnaires, interviews, literature and internet searching. Population (N = 265) is a student of SD SN N 5 Cibadak Sukabumi, with samples (n = 73) included 4, 5, and 6 class. Sampling technique is Stratified Random Sampling (Sampling according to levels or strata).Data Techniques analysis is data editing, coding, coding books (coding books) and the coding sheet (coding sheet), data tabulation, data processing Spearman Rank correlation coefficient, and the data process using the Statistical Software Program For Social Science (SPSSVersion14.0).br / The results are 1) The relationship of goals to the satisfaction of information in the amount of (0.578) is quite meaningful, valid, aligned and significant. 2) The relationship of plan to the satisfaction of information in the amount of (0.647) is quite meaningful, valid, aligned and significant. 3) The relationship of activities to the satisfaction of information in the amount of (0.471) is quite meaningful, valid, aligned and significant. 4) The relationship of messages to the satisfaction of information in the amount of (0.693) is quite meaningful, valid, aligned and significant. 5) The relationship of media to the satisfaction of information in the amount of (0.703) is a powerful, valid, aligned and significant. 6) The relationship of strategy to expectations in the amount of (0.782) is a powerful, valid, aligned and significant. 7) The relationship of the strategy to the expected result in the amount of (0.622) is quite meaningful, valid, aligned and significant.br / Conclusion of the research there was relationship between strategy and satisfaction information in the amount of (0.791) was a strong relationship, valid, aligned and significant.br / Suggestion of this research is the strategies of communication and informatics department in field of telematics in west java province need to increase with continuity of M-CAP, add the time of M-CAP, do some follow up, to get satisfaction of the acquisition of information from students through m-cap (mobile community access point) about “internet sehat”, know the use of the Internet and feel the benefit from such activities.
