Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi divisi marketing PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna melalui program direct selling team avolution special edition pack dalam meningkatkan brand image Ãâa familyÃâ di kalangan konsumennya. Untuk menjawab tujuan, rencana, kegiatan program, pesan yang ingin disampaikan, media yang digunakan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan internet searching.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian, strategi Divisi marketing PT. HM Sampoerna memiliki tujuan yang terukur dan terarah dalam program direct selling team avolution special edition pack. Dengan rencana yang terperinci, terorganisir, dan terukur serta terarah otomatis akan membuat program direct selling team avolution special edition pack memiliki tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi. Dengan kegiatan pemasaran, dimana kegiatan marketing avolution special edition pack ini tidak hanya dikhususkan pada direct selling team, akan tetapi melalui event dan pengiklanan pada media. HM Sampoerna yang akan dilaksanakan dikemudian hari dan dapat menampung aspirasi dari Direct Selling Team untuk memberikan feedback yang cepat dan tanggap dalam melayani apa yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen dab Direct Selling Team di lapangan.
