Penelitian ini diajukan untuk mengetahui Strategi Humas RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung Dalam Meningkatkan Citra Perusahaan (Penelitian Program Corporate Social Responsibility “Wanda Wandi”) dengan Perencanaan Kegiatan, Perencanaan Pesan, Perencanaan Media dan Manajemen yang dilakukan.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan metedo yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah wawancara dan studi pustaka. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung dan Subjek penelitianya adalah Humas RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung beserta 3 orang informan.Hasil penelitian adalah Perencanaan Kegiatan dalam meningkatkan citra melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility “Wanda Wandi”. Perencanaan pesan dilakukan dengan komunikasi dua arah. Perencanaan media dilakukan dengan memberikan informasi kepada media. Manajemen dilakukan dengan mengawasi setiap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan.Dari hasil tersebut peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Strategi Humas RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung dalam meningkatkan citra perusahaan melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility “Wanda Wandi” menghasilkan dampak yang positif terhadap citra perusahaan. Karena citra perusahaan sangat berdampak baik maupun buruk terhadap perusahaan. Saran dari peneliti agar program Corporate Social Responsibility lebih ditingkatkan lagi.

The research to determine submitted Hospital Dr PR strategy . Hasan Sadikin In Enhancing Corporate Image (Research Program Corporate Social Responsibility "Wandi Wanda") with Event Planning , Planning Messaging , Media Planning and Management conducted .The approach used in this study was qualitative and the method used is descriptive , data collection techniques used were interviews and research literature. Objects in this study is Dr . Hasan Sadikin and his research subject is Dr. PR department . Hasan Sadikin informants along with 3 people.The result is planning activities in enhancing the image through Corporate Social Responsibility "Wandi Wanda". Planning the message carried by a two -way communication. Media planning is done by providing information to the media . Management conducted by overseeing the planning and implementation of activities .From these results, the researcher can conclude that the Hospital Dr PR strategy. Hasan Sadikin in improving the image of the company through its Corporate Social Responsibility "Wanda Wandi" produce a positive impact on corporate image . Because the image of the company is very good and bad impact on the company . Suggestions from researchers that the Corporate Social Responsibility further enhanced.Suggestions that researchers give is expected Sadikin Hospital Dr. Hasan can increase back corporate Social Responsibility activities, Simplify treatment pathways for the poor especially the use of government health insurance, Increase the human resources that include Doctor, Nurse, Administration, and part - section should be added so that the service can be well assured.
