Maksud penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai Strategi Komunikasi Divisi Small Medium Business PT Smartfren Telecom, Tbk Dalam Memberikan Edukasi Tentang Jaringan 4G LTE Kepada Klien Untuk Mewujudkan Corporate Partnership. Sub fokus penelitian yang digunakan adalah Perencanaan, Tujuan, Sasaran, Pesan dan Media dalam mengedukasi jaringan 4G LTE Divisi Small Medium Business PT Smartfren Telecom, Tbk Pendekatan penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi nonpartisipan, dokumentasi referensi buku, dan penelitian terdahulu,. Informan penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan diskusi teman sejawat, peningkatan ketekunan, dan membercheck. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, Sasaran yang dituju oleh PT Smartfren Telecom, Tbk difokuskan bagi pelaku bisnis kecil Ãâ menengah yang belum melakukan Corporate Partnership Tujuan dari Divisi SMB PT Smartfren Telecom, Tbk sebagai penambahan jumlah Client yang mewujudkan Corporate Partnership bagi Existing Client dan New Client. Rencana kerja Divisi SMB PT Smartfren Telecom, Tbk diawali dan ditentukan oleh Area Sales Manager diberikan kepada Channel management dan diteruskan Team Leader untuk dikoordinasikan dengan Account Executive. Pesan dalam kegiatan edukasi yang dengan menyampaikan informasi secara jelas tentang jaringan 4G LTE, dan memberikan solusi efisiensi telekomunikasi perusahaan dengan filosofi LEAD. Media yang digunakan dalam melakukan edukasi kepada para klien, adalah E-fun Booth, telecall, teleconference dan proposal. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Strategi Komunikasi Divisi Small Medium Business PT Smartfren Telecom, Tbk Dalam Memberikan Edukasi Tentang Jaringan 4G LTE Kepada Klien Untuk Mewujudkan Corporate Partnership. Divisi SMB mampu mewujudkan Corporate Partnership dengan para klien dengan menerapkan filosofi LEAD, para klien dapat memahami manfaat dari jaringan 4G LTE dan merasa perlu menerapkan solusi efisiensi. Saran penelitian adalah penambahan media flash player dan video animasi saat melakukan edukasi jaringan 4G LTE.

This research was conducted to describe Communication Strategy of Small Medium Business Division of Smartfren Telecom, Tbk In Providing Education About 4G LTE Network for Clients To Achieve Corporate Partnership. Sub focus of this research are Planning, Goals, Objectives, Message and Media used by in educating 4G LTE network Small Medium Business Division of Smartfren Telecom, Tbk This research was a qualitative research using descriptive method. Techniques of data collection used the researcher are reference the books, previous research, in-depth interview, non-participant observation, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data validity test by the researcher are used discussion peer, enhanced persistence, and membercheck. Data analysis technique was done by the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing The results of this research showed that Research, the aim pursued by Small Medium Business Division of Smartfren Telecom, Tbk was divided into two: Existing Client and New Client Objectives Smartfren Telecom of the Division of SMB, Tbk was to realize Corporate Partnership with Existing Client and New Client as additions client. The work plan of SMB Division Smartfren Telecom, Tbk was determined by the Area Sales Manager given to Channel management and forwarded to Team Leader to be coordinated with the Account Executive. That is delivered was an education abot 4G LTE medwork information, and provide telecommunications efficiency solutions company with the philosophy of LEAD. Media used in educating the client, are E-fun Booth, telecall,teleconference and proposals. The conclusion showed that communications strategy Small Medium Business Division of Smartfren Telecom, Tbk In Providing Education About 4G LTE Network Clients is able to realize the Corporate Partnership with the clients by applying the philosophy of LEAD, the client can understand the benefits of 4G LTE network and felt the need to apply the solution efficiency. Suggestions from this research is the addition of flash media player and video animation when educating the 4G LTE network.
