Purpose of this research is to know how far the planning, purpose, activity, message and channel STAR (Store Activity Representative) McDonald’s Gatot Soebroto through McDonald’s Delivery Service (MDS) 14045 toward reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, tangible to the customers. This research used method survey with analytic descriptive technique. The data collecting in this research used questionnaires, improve literature study and interview. Population of this research is costumer McDonald’s Gatot Soebroto, who had socialization McDonald's Delivery Service (MDS) 14045. The sampling technique in this research used totally sampling with total respondent are 60 people. The result of this research showed that strategy STAR (Store Activity Representative) McDonald’s Gatot Soebroto through McDonald’s Delivery Service (MDS) 14045 is good enough. This result involves planning, purpose, activity, message and channel. Beside, respondent also appreciate socialization by STAR (Store Activity Representative) is good enough. This observed from more than half population has a good response about responsiveness, confidence, and empathy. But respondent judged reliability and tangible McDonald’s should be raised. In general, strategy STAR (Store Activity Representative) McDonald’s Gatot Soebroto through McDonald’s Delivery Service (MDS) 14045 toward the level satisfaction is same direction and significant. The recommendation for McDonald's Gatot Soebroto from this research is to raised exacness arrived time of order, hospitality, performance of uniform and the cleanliness facilities.
