Semakin pesatnya ilmu dan teknologi serta datangnya era bebas sekarang ini di dunia bisnis semakin dipengaruhi dengan persaingan yang cukup ketat dan banyak menimbulkan berbagai macam persoalan, salah satu persoalan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan merupakan bagaimana caranya meningkatkan kinerja yang baik dan memenuhi standar. Salah satu faktor yang tidak dapat dilupakan oleh perusahaan adalah faktor SDM. SDM didalam perusahaan merupakan sesuatu yang esensial untuk menjalankan roda perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan mengenai Stres Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional dan kinerja karyawan dan seberapa besar dampak dari Stres Kerja itu sendiri terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Akses Nusa Karya Infratek Bandung seberapa besar pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penarikan sample yang digunakan adalah sampel yang terdri dari 57 responden. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis korelasi product moment, dan koefisien determinasi yang digunakan untuk mengukur besarnya Stres Kerja Dan Kercerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa Stres Kerja dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan pengaruh secara simultan. Pengaruh stres kerja dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pekerjaan sedangkan kecerdasan emosional dipengaruhi oleh motivasi diri. Hasil penelitian juga menyimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional lebih berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan studi kasus pada PT.Akses Nusa Karya Infratek Bandung.

The method by which the samples is terdri sample of 57 respondents. The method of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis. Product moment correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the magnitude of Work Stress And Emotional Kercerdasan on Employee Performance. From the research, it is known that Work Stress and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance partially more influential than the influence simultaneously. Effect of occupational stress is influenced by the conditions of employment while emotional intelligence is influenced by self-motivation. Results of the study also concluded that emotional intelligence is more significant effect on the performance of employees than work stress on employee performance on a case study PT.Akses Infratek Nusa Karya Bandung.
