Tesis ini meneliti tentang pengukuran dan peningkatan layanan dan aplikasi terhadap it balanced scorecard transportasi online di kota Bandung. Komponen layanan terdiri dari gap layanan yaitu gap 1, gap 2, gap 3, gap 4 dan gap 5. Komponen aplikasi terdiri dari effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, freedom from risk, dan context coverage. Sedangkan komponen it balanced scorecard terdiri dari corporate orientation, customer orientation, operational excellent dan future orientation. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 100 pengguna transportasi online pada grab di Kota Bandung dengan menyebar kuesioner dan data diuji serta di analisis menggunakan lisrel student 8.8. Hasil pengujian dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal berdasarkan nilai P-Value skewness and kurtosis dimana semua nilai p-value > 0.05. Untuk validitas intrumen seluruhnya menunjukkan valid karena nilai λ ≥ 0.5 dan data juga reliabel karena nilai CR dan VE masing-masing variabel lebih besar dari 0.5. Selanjutnya untuk ukuran kecocokan model (goodness of fit) menunjukkan model sudah fit yang artinya matriks kovarian sampel tidak jauh berbeda dengan matriks kovarian estimasi.Sedangkan pada pengujian hipotesis dihasilkan bahwa pertama Layanan, Aplikasi dan IT Balanced Scorecard masuk kategori layak. Kedua, Pengukuran seluruh koefisien jalur baik pengaruh langsung (DCE), pengaruh tidak langsung (ICE), pengaruh total (TCE) dan structural equation seluruhnya signifikan. Ketiga, peningkatan kinerja dapat mengacu pada hasil pengukuran DCE, ICE, TCE dan structural equation

This thesis examines the measurement and improvement of Services and Applications for IT Balanced Scorecard on online transportation in Bandung City. The service component consists of service gaps namely gap 1, gap 2, gap 3, gap 4 and gap 5. Application components consist of effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, freedom from risk, and context coverage. Whereas the balanced scorecard component consists of corporate orientation, customer orientation, operational excellent and future orientation. This study took a sample of 100 online transportation users on grabs in Bandung City by distributing questionnaires and data tested and analyzed using lisrel student 8.8. The test results and analysis show that the data is normally distributed based on the value of P-Value skewness and kurtosis where all p-value> 0.05. The validity of the instrument all show valid because the value of λ ≥ 0.5 and the data is also reliable because the CR and VE values of each variable are greater than 0.5. Furthermore, for the size of the suitability model (goodness of fit) shows the model is fit which means the covariance matrix of the sample is not much different from the estimated covariance matrix. Whereas in testing the hypothesis it is produced that the first Service, Application and IT Balanced Scorecard is categorized as worthy. Second, measurement of all path coefficient both direct influence (DCE), indirect influence (ICE), total influence (TCE) and structural equation are all significant.
