PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia memproduksi dan memasarkan produk komponen automotif dan electronik yang dapat dikategorikan dengan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri. Proses pemesanan dari customer akan dilakukannya produksi, customer dapat mengajukan supplier kepada Kepala Procurement. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada perusahaan yaitu proses pemesanan Kepala PPIC (Production Planning Inventory Control) kesulitan dalam memperhitungkan waktu produk selesai diproduksi sampai pengiriman produk. Proses selanjutnya yaitu Kepala Material Control kesulitan dalam memperhitungkan berapa banyak kali pembelian material ke supplier dilakukan karena dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pada proses produksi produk. Pada proses pengiriman produk Kepala Sales & Delivery kesulitan untuk menentukan pengiriman produk beserta kapasitas kendaraan untuk mengirimkan produk yang sudah selesai ke customer. Supply chain pada perusahaan yaitu menggunakan strategi make to order dikarenakan setelah proses pemesanan akan dilakukan produksi. Perhitungan waktu selesai diproduksi sampai pengiriman produk menggunakan gann chart, untuk pembelian material ke supplier menggunakan metode Economic Order Quality (EOQ) dan penjadwalan pengiriman produk ke customer disesuaikan dengan waktu pengiriman dan kapasitas kendaraan. PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi Supply Chain Management berdasarkan beberapa permasalahan. Hasil pengujian fungsional, UAT (User Accepted Test) dan pengujian pengguna akhir disimpulkan. Pada sistem sudah dapat membantu Kepala PPIC, Kepala Material Control dan Kepala Sales & Delivery.

PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia manufactures and markets automotive and electronic component products that can be categorized with industrial companies. The order process from the customer will do production, the customer can submit a supplier to the Head of Procurement. The problems found in the company are the process of ordering the Head of PPIC (Production Planning Inventory Control), the difficulty in calculating the time the product is finished produced until the delivery of the product. The next process is the Material Control Head having difficulty in calculating how many times the material purchase to the supplier is done because it can cause delays in the production process of the product. In the process of sending products, the Head of Sales & Delivery has difficulty determining the delivery of the product along with the capacity of the vehicle to deliver the finished product to the customer. Supply chain for companies that is using make to order strategy because after the order process will be produced. Calculation of the finished time of production until the delivery of the product using gann chart, to purchase materials to suppliers using the Economic Order Quality (EOQ) method and scheduling the delivery of products to the customer according to the delivery time and capacity of the vehicle. PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia needs a Supply Chain Management information system based on several issues. Functional testing results, UAT (User Accepted Test) and end user testing are concluded. The system can help the Head of PPIC, the Head of Material Control and the Head of Sales & Delivery.
