CV. The DND Execution merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan distribusi busana pria. Proses bisnis yang digunakan oleh perusahaan tersebut adalah make-to-stock yaitu perusahaan melakukan pemesanan bahan baku dan membuat produk tanpa menunggu adanya permintaan dari toko. Pada saat proses pengadaan bahan baku sering terjadi masalah, Kepala Gudang tidak melakukan prediksi jumlah bahan baku yang akan dipesan ke supplier, sehingga persediaan bahan baku di gudang kadang mengalami penumpukan atau kekosongan. Masalah lainnya saat proses pendistribusian produk, bagian Distribusi kesulitan untuk mengawasi apakah kendaraan atau jasa ekspedisi yang digunakan sudah sesuai atau belum, apakah produk telah terkirim atau belum. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada pada saat ini di CV. The DND Execution, maka dibutuhkan suatu Supply Chain Management dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan dalam menentukan jumlah bahan baku yang harus dipesan ke supplier dan memudahkan dalam melakukan pengawasan pendistribusian produk ke toko. Metode peramalan yang digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah bahan baku adalah Single Moving Average dan metode pengamanan persediaan menggunakan Safety Stock. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat memudahkan Kepala Gudang dalam menentukan jumlah pengadaan bahan baku yang harus dipesan ke supplier dan memudahkan bagian Distribusi dalam mengawasi pendistribusian produk beserta kendaraan yang digunakan saat distribusi ke toko.

The business process used by the company is make-to-stock that is the company order raw materials and produce item without waiting a request from the store. There is problem at the time of the process of raw material procurement, the Head of Warehouse does not predict the amount of raw materials to be ordered to suppliers, so that the raw material stock in the warehouse sometimes have overages of stock or out of stock. There is another problem when distributing the product, the Distribution Division have a problem to monitor whether the vehicle or the expedition service used is suitable or not, whether the product has been delivered or not. Based on the current problems at CV. The DND Execution, then required a Supply Chain Management with its purpose to help determining the amount of raw materials to be ordered to the supplier and monitoring the distribution of products to the store. The forecasting method that used to determine the amount of raw material is Single Moving Average and the inventory safety method using Safety Stock. Based on the test results, can be concluded the system that has been built to help the Head of Warehouse in determining the number of procurement of raw materials to be ordered to suppliers and help the Distribution Division in monitoring the distribution of products and vehicles used for the the distribution to the store.
