The purpose of this research is to know how the responses of Badan Koordinasi Keluarga Berencana Nasional employee province west java toward Jurnal Warta Kencana so writer ask about the message content, cover design, and language. This research used descriptive method. The data collecting in this research used questionnaires,interview and improve literature study. The number of samples more 64 respondents, which were taken from population employee of BKKBN. The sampling technique in this research used Accidental sampling. The result of this research showed that more than half population has a good response toward the message content on the Jurnal Warta Kencana, Has presented actual, accurate, full of information, can support of carier, improve job quality, give them advice and also give the perception. In addition, responden also give a respon about cover design Jurnal Warta Kencana present photograph, actuality, and interesting cover design. Include respond of respondent about language, these has arresting, every costumary with grammer, clear and simple.. After got the result of this research so, writer conclude that Jurnal Warta Kencana is good, it was edvidenced that always to contain the new and edvantage the information for the employee and could paid attention the reader of Jurnal Warta Kencana. Sugesstion for Public Relation of BKKBN should improve the quality for Jurnal Warta Kencana from the content, cover design and language.
