Technostress Creators merupakan fenomena yang berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan terhadap pengguna Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Tarafdar mengatakan bahwa terdapat lima kondisi bahwa karyawan pengguna TIK dapat menderita technostress, yakni techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, dan techno-uncertainty. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Jabar Tengah dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran dari technostress creators di perusahaan tersebut. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) merupakan teknologi yang diimplementasikan di dalam perusahaan. Kehadiran ERP ini, menuntut karyawan untuk dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu yang cepat. Dalam jangka panjang, karyawan yang tidak dapat mengatasi tuntutan tersebut dengan baik akan mengalami tekanan. Tekanan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan technostress. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti selama Praktik Kerja Lapangan, ditemukan bahwa beberapa karyawan mengalami tekanan yang mengarah kepada technostress. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 232 karyawan yang aktif sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebesar 102 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling incidental yang dilakukan dengan cara menentukan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan/incidental bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui cocok sebagai sumber data. Data diambil dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) versi 18.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, technostress creators di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Jabar Tengah dalam kategori sedang. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,35 yang berada pada rentang skala 2,61 – 3,40. Kata Kunci: technostress creators, teknologi informasi, komunikasi

Technostress Creators is a phenomenon that has the potential to causes pressure on the Information and Communication Technology users. Tarafdar said that there are five conditions that employees (ICT users) can suffer from technostress which are classified as techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, and techno-uncertainty. This research was conducted at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Jabar Tengah with the aim to analyze the technostress creators in the company. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a technology which had implemented in the company. The presence of ERP has forced the employees to complete their work in a short time. In the long term, employees who can not cope well with it will feel stress or pressure. It will lead to technostress. Based on study since done internship at company, researcher found that some of employee felt stress which lead to technostress. The population in this study were 232 employees while the samples 102 respondents which taken by using sampling techniques incidental conducted by determining the sample by coincidence, that anyone who by chance / incidental met with researches can be used as a sample, when viewed people incidentally found suitable as a data source. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to employees. The processed data using descriptive analysis obtained by using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 18.0. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, technostress creators in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Jabar Tengah in the medium category.
