Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have the potential to increase income and absorb labor. This research was conducted to measure the effect of e-commerce platforms used by entrepreneurs in improving the performance of MSMEs. The research was conducted through a quantitative method, and self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 209 respondents entrepreneurs who used the e-commerce platform in running their business. Data processing was performed using the SmartPLS application. Meanwhile, the analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM method, which measures the outer model, inner model, and path coefficient to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable. The entrepreneurial competencies variable has a significant direct effect of 63,10% on the competitive scope variable and 63,60% on the organization capabilities variable. Meanwhile, the direct influence of the entrepreneurial competencies variable on the performance variable is only 24,10% because there is an indirect effect of 37,80% between the entrepreneurial competencies variable on the performance variable through the influence given by the variable competitive scope and organization capabilities. The implication based on these findings is that an entrepreneur must improve his business performance by utilizing an e-commerce platform.
