The final project conducted is developing a blueprint/concept and a prototype of a campus magazine written in English focusing on university life. This project is aimed to entertain, inspire, give information, encourage female readers to study at tertiary level, increase readers' English skills and introduce Indonesian culture to go overseas. Qualitative method is used in collecting the data. The data of this project are collected by interview, observation, taking pictures, drawing pictures and library study. There are two kinds of steps in making this project; the steps to write blueprint/concept of the magazine, such as audience analysis, content analysis and design analysis and the steps to write the prototype of the magazine, such as planning, collecting data, writing process, editing and revising the articles, designing the articles, proofreading the articles, printing and binding and publishing and promotion. Persuasive, descriptive, narrative, descriptive and expository texts are used in this project. The result of this project is a blueprint of magazine and a prototype of one issue of the magazine. Hopefully, this project can be really published, so it can add the number of magazine written in English in Indonesia and can be an embryo of a new topic in English Department of POLBAN and hopefully, it can be helpful as a guidelines for developing the next similar project in the future.
